    Hooked on 1770 Adventure Tours offer both full and half day offshore fishing charters, catering to both the individual fishermen and group bookings.

    All of your fishing equipment is provided for the charter, including rods, reels, bait and tackle. The supplied rods are 6ft, 15-24kg Rhino sticks, with either Shimano TLD20 overhead or Penn 750 spin reels running 50 lb line. Customers are welcome to bring along their own equipment if desired.

    Although their primary focus, due to customer request, is reef fishing or "bottom bashing" they are also able to cater for those wishing to troll for pelagic species and sport fish.

    All scheduled charters are subject to suitable weather conditions. If the forecast winds are too strong, the vessel will not be taken offshore. The safety of passengers is always a primary concern, and they will not put passengers at risk. Charters will be rescheduled to suit all concerned wherever possible.

    The ex-military Lighter Amphibious Resupply Cargo (LARC) vessels have the perfect capability to visit isolated beaches, cross sandbars and tidal creeks, access 35 metre dunes, and to climb the steep headland to the historic island lightstation of Bustard Head which has Queensland’s only operating lighthouse open for the public to enter!

    1770 Sunset Cruises are a tourism business operating out of Round Hill Creek in 1770, the home of the iconic Larc Tours.

    They offer year-round Sunset Cruises on a luxury 40ft Pontoon Boat, accommodating a maximum of 30 guests. In addition to their scheduled cruises, they also offer private charters.

    Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks (BYO), and they provide generous grazing platters for each booking. 1770 is one of the few places in Queensland where you can enjoy a stunning sunset over the water.
